Acun Ilıcalı officially announces the team he has acquired!

Businessman and Hull City owner Acun Ilıcalı has announced that he has purchased Maribor, a team from the Slovenian league.

Here are Ilıcalı's statements:

MARIBOR IS THE MOST ACCURATE PROJECT

"After researching which club in Slovenia was the most suitable for us, we decided that this club was Maribor. I was in Maribor last week; I really liked the city and I really liked the stadium. I respect the other clubs as well. Ultimately, you have to make a decision; we researched and thought about it for two months. We decided that Maribor was the most accurate project."
