Ada Zehra becomes champion by breaking a world record!

Special national swimmer Ada Zehra Anlatıcı became champion at the Trisome Games by breaking the world record in the 200-meter freestyle category.

The youngest athlete in the swimming branch of the 2nd Down Syndrome World Sports Games (Trisome Games) held at the Antalya Swimming Pool, 16-year-old Ada Zehra Anlatıcı, broke the world record in the 200-meter freestyle category with a time of 02.58.65, winning the gold medal.

The Turkish national special athlete Ada Zehra also won a silver medal in the 100-meter breaststroke category with a time of 01.49.25.

National special athlete Elif Oral won a bronze medal in the 200-meter freestyle with a time of 03.56.83, and achieved the same success in the 100-meter breaststroke with a time of 02.05.75.

Turkish national special athlete Alperen Menç earned a bronze medal in the 50-meter butterfly race with a time of 34.21.
