Admission from the Milan camp regarding Hakan Çalhanoğlu

Former Milan executive Massimiliano Mirabelli made striking remarks about our national football player Hakan Çalhanoğlu.

Speaking to Tuttosport, Mirabelli stated, "Hakan Çalhanoğlu going to Inter does not mean he betrayed Milan. Milan didn't even try to keep him on the team."

Stating that Hakan did not want to leave Milan, Mirabelli added, "Milan made the same mistake with Hakan that they made with Donnarumma and Kessie. I can tell you that it was not Hakan who wanted to leave. The salary he receives at Inter is only 500 thousand euros more than what he was getting at Milan."

30-year-old Hakan Çalhanoğlu left Milan on a free transfer in 2021 to join Inter.
