Ahmet Çakar to appear in court over remarks regarding TFF President

Former referee and sports commentator Ahmet Çakar will appear in court tomorrow in the case filed against him following a complaint by Mehmet Büyükekşi. Büyükekşi filed the lawsuit after Çakar alleged that TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi used Bylock, the communication application associated with FETÖ.

Former referee and sports commentator Ahmet Çakar will appear before the judge tomorrow at the Çağlayan Courthouse, 24th Criminal Court of First Instance.

 Ahead of the hearing, which will take place at 09:25, Çakar shared a post on X, asking the following questions to Büyükekşi:

“My first hearing with Mehmet Büyükekşi, who lied to the public by saying one phone was clean while Bylock was officially detected on both of his phones, is tomorrow at the Çağlayan Courthouse, 24th Criminal Court of First Instance at 09:25. I will ask again in the presence of the judge: Why did you install Bylock and with whom and why did you communicate repeatedly?”
