Fenerbahçe Club President Ali Koç responded on NOW to Jose Mourinho's comments regarding his signing with Benfica, specifically the remark "I have reached my own level," as well as his statements about Kerem Aktürkoğlu. Ali Koç's remarks are as follows:

"Mourinho's departure was a difficult decision for me. He was like one of my family. He said that coming here was a 'mistake.' I think it turned out to be a wrong decision for both sides. He says, 'I have come to a team at my own level.' That's fine. I will always remember him fondly.

All of our players who shone during the 99-point season have regressed. I told him this myself."

RESPONSE REGARDING KEREM AKTÜRKOĞLU

“A coach at this level diminishes himself when making such statements. He blames the elimination on a single player. They (Benfica) didn't release the player (Kerem Aktürkoğlu). It is an irony of fate that Kerem's goal decided the tie.”
