Anadolu Efes gets back on track!

The Anadolu Efes men's basketball team defeated France's LDLC ASVEL 89-84 in the third week of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

With this result, the navy-and-white team secured their first victory in the league, while LDLC ASVEL lost their third consecutive match.

The game began with baskets from both sides, with Anadolu Efes finding points through Larkin and Zizic. The French team responded with Lee, De Colo, and Lauvergne. The first period ended in a 24-24 tie.

Starting the second period effectively, Anadolu Efes took a 37-29 lead in the 17th minute with baskets from Larkin, Beaubois, and Clyburn. Continuing to score with organized attacks, the navy-and-white team went into the locker room leading 43-35.

Carrying their effective performance into the second half, Anadolu Efes extended the lead to 21 points (63-42) in the 27th minute against their opponent, who struggled both offensively and defensively. While LDLC ASVEL tried to narrow the gap with De Colo and Frank Jackson, the navy-and-white team entered the final quarter with a 70-56 lead.

Maintaining control of the game in the final period and not allowing their opponent to make a comeback, Anadolu Efes left the court with an 89-84 victory.
