MKE Ankaragücü Club has announced that it will apply to the relevant boards of the Turkish Football Federation regarding Fenerbahçe player Mert Hakan Yandaş due to his alleged abusive behavior toward the stands during the quarter-final match between Ankaragücü and Fenerbahçe in the Ziraat Turkish Cup.
The following statement was included in the announcement made by the club:
"An application will be made to the relevant boards of the Turkish Football Federation to initiate the necessary disciplinary investigation regarding the alleged unprofessional actions displayed by Fenerbahçe's professional footballer Mert Hakan Yandaş toward our stands following the MKE Ankaragücü - Fenerbahçe A.Ş. match played on 27.02.2024."
