The appeal filed by Trendyol Süper Lig side Mondihome Kayserispor to the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board for the cancellation of the decision made by the Dispute Resolution Board (UÇK) regarding the transfer process of footballer Onur Bulut to Beşiktaş has been accepted.
According to the statement made by the yellow-red club, the TFF Arbitration Board, which reviewed Kayserispor's appeal regarding the dispute over the Onur Bulut transfer, decided unanimously to overturn the UÇK decision due to incomplete investigation and to send the file back to the UÇK in accordance with the dual-trial system.
Kayserispor had signed a 3-year contract with its player Onur Bulut on February 6, 2023, but Beşiktaş announced that it had added the player to its squad on February 8, 2023.
Kayserispor had taken the matter to the UÇK, and the board had found Beşiktaş to be in the right during the transfer process.
