According to the agreement made during his transfer from Fenerbahçe to Real Madrid in 2023, it was stated that an additional payment would be made to Fenerbahçe for every 100 matches Arda Güler plays. Total payments made so far, including the base transfer fee and bonuses, have reached 28 million euros.
While Fenerbahçe has added a total of 8 million euros in bonuses to its coffers, there is still one more potential payment opportunity ahead for Arda. If Güler plays 25 more matches for Real Madrid, the final 2 million euro bonus in the agreement will be triggered, bringing the total earnings to 30 million euros. Furthermore, in the event that Arda Güler is transferred to another club in the future, Fenerbahçe is entitled to receive 20 percent of the transfer fee.
