Journalist Candaş Tolga Işık stated in a post on his social media account that he spoke with Arda Güler and shared the following:
"I just spoke with Arda Güler. He sends his regards to everyone. I asked him when he would play, and he said, 'I am working very hard; I want to gain conditioning and return stronger. I will be on the pitch with my true performance in November.'"
