The prosecution procedures for the suspects detained in the "match-fixing" investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have been completed. Arrest was requested for 5 of the 17 suspects referred to the courthouse.
While judicial control measures were requested for 10 suspects in the investigation file, 2 people were released after their statements at the prosecutor's office. The final decision regarding the suspects is expected to be made by the criminal judgeship of peace.
NAMES FOR WHOM ARREST WAS REQUESTED
The names referred to the duty criminal judgeship of peace with a request for their arrest were announced as Tolga Kırgız and Kerem Gürel from Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club, Ünsal Yamaner from Bandırmaspor Club, Savaş Tatil from Adanaspor A.Ş., and Özgür Durşen from Gençlerbirliği Sports Club.
Judicial control measures in the form of house arrest were requested for Halil İbrahim Yavaş from Boluspor Club, Hüseyin Gözütok from Bodrum Spor Faaliyetleri A.Ş., Avni Akdemir from Erzurumspor Football Club, and Maruf Güneş from Galatasaray.

Judicial control in the form of a travel ban was also requested for Ahmet Akçelik from Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club, Ali Gürsoy from Boluspor Club, Sezgin Özkan from Gençlerbirliği Sports Club, Kemal Aydın from Balıkesirspor Club, Ömer Çetin from Karaman Football Club, and Barış Orhun Bilge from Altınordu Football Club.
Ali Şen and Murat Şabablı from Boluspor Club, who were detained within the scope of the investigation, were released after their statement procedures at the prosecutor's office.
