Atletico Madrid Manager Simeone visits Arda Turan

The world-renowned manager, who coached Arda Turan for a long time during his playing career, did not forget his former player during his visit to Istanbul.

"Human life is the sum of the memories one accumulates. Successes written on paper and friendships written on hearts. We worked together for years, and I achieved very important successes in my playing career with him. Today, during his trip to Istanbul with his family, Diego Simeone set aside his very limited time to visit us at our morning training session. He showed once again today that the foundation of the dozens of successes he has achieved is his incredible love for football and his loyalty to his friends. It was a huge surprise for me and my team. At the end of the training, he congratulated all the players one by one and stated that his heart is with us. Mister Simeone, who is a genius with his solutions and tactics on the pitch, showed once again with today's visit how special his heart is as well.
