Aziz Yıldırım's transfer promise to Fenerbahçe: 'Two strikers are certain, a third is also a possibility'

Aziz Yıldırım, who is competing for the Fenerbahçe presidency in the upcoming election process, visited the Fenerbahçe Sevdalılar Association and clarified expectations regarding the striker transfer that has long been on the fans' agenda. Emphasizing the goal-scoring issues the club has faced since the mid-season break of the 2025-26 season, Yıldırım stated that they aim to enter the new season with a strong squad.

In his speech during the visit, Aziz Yıldırım gave clear messages regarding the striker transfer, stating, "We will sign 2 strikers for sure, know that. Maybe a third one too... We will also make other reinforcements."

Drawing attention to transfer speculations in social media and the press, Yıldırım pointed out that only statements made by the club should be believed, noting that they are going through an important process. He said that the details regarding the transfers would not be announced immediately but would take place after a certain date. Yıldırım said, "Do not let what is written and drawn on social media affect you. Whatever we announce is the truth. There is very little time left. After the 6th of the month, you will see which one is true."
