Ballon d'Or 2026 nominees announced: 10 players from PSG on the list

The 2026 nominees for the Ballon d'Or, awarded to the best player of the year in football, have been announced. For the award, which has been presented by France Football magazine since 1956, 30 players were included in the nomination list this year.

In the announcement made on the Ballon d'Or's social media account, the squad of Paris Saint-Germain, which won the UEFA Champions League, drew attention. From the French team, in addition to the reigning holder of the award Ousmane Dembele, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Achraf Hakimi, Vitinha, Marquinhos, Nuno Mendes, Joao Neves, Willian Pacho, and Fabian Ruiz were included on the list.
