Barcelona advances to Champions League semi-finals
Borussia Dortmund hosted Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League quarter-final second leg.

The home side won the match played at Signal Iduna Park 3-1. Having won the first leg 4-0, Barcelona secured their place in the semi-finals with a 5-2 aggregate score.
Borussia Dortmund took the lead in the 11th minute with a "Panenka" penalty from Serhou Guirassy, and the same player found another goal in the 49th minute to bring the score to 2-0.
Barcelona reduced the deficit to 1 in the 54th minute with an own goal by Ramy Bensebaini. Guirassy then found the net in the 76th minute to complete his hat-trick and bring the score to 3-1.
As there were no more goals in the remainder of the match, Barcelona advanced to the final 4 teams thanks to the advantage from the first leg. Dortmund, meanwhile, became the team to bid farewell to the tournament.

Barcelona will play the winner of the Bayern Munich-Inter tie in the semi-finals.
The first leg of the semi-finals will be played on April 29/30, and the second legs on May 6/7. The final match will take place at the Allianz Arena on May 31.
