Bayern Munich's private jet in Istanbul for Boey

German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich continue their efforts to sign Galatasaray's right-back Sacha Boey.

Sacha Boey, whom Galatasaray added to their squad from the French club Rennes for 1.15 million euros at the beginning of the 2021-22 season, had caught the attention of Bayern Munich with his performance.

The 20 million euro offer made by the German giants to Galatasaray for Boey was not accepted by the yellow-red club. Although Bayern Munich increased their offer for Boey to 25 million euros, Galatasaray found this figure insufficient as well.

Following these developments, Bayern Munich made a new move to sign Boey. The German team chartered a private jet to bring Boey to Munich.

Sports Digitale Editor-in-Chief Yağız Sabuncuoğlu announced on his personal social media account that Bayern Munich's private jet had landed at Atatürk Airport.

The following statements were included in Sabuncuoğlu's post:

"The private jet chartered by Bayern Munich to bring Sacha Boey to Munich has landed at Atatürk Airport. If the clubs reach an agreement, Boey will go to Munich today!

Sacha Boey will be in Munich today at 15:00 TRT and will undergo a medical check for Bayern Munich!"
