Beşiktaş Club has taken a step toward a new project to strengthen its financial structure and support its sporting achievements. The club has signed a cooperation protocol with Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. to develop a project on its 15,382-square-meter property located in the Dikilitaş neighborhood of Istanbul.
The board of directors, led by Serdal Adalı, implemented this agreement following the capital increase carried out at Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. In the statement made by the club, it was noted that this step is of a "historic" nature and will place the club's financial structure on more solid foundations.
The management stated that the revenue to be generated from this project will further strengthen Beşiktaş's financial structure and that this agreement is one of the most important revenue-generating moves of recent years. The club wished for this significant development to be beneficial to the community and the public.
In the statement made by Beşiktaş, it was stated: "Our Board of Directors, led by Serdal Adalı, which implemented the capital increase in our subsidiary Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları San. ve Tic.
