According to a statement from the Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club, the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba Complex, which belongs to the club, was effectively being held by Aşçıoğlu İnşaat A.Ş. The lawsuit filed by the club has been decided in its favor, and Serdal Adalı announced that the club flag, which had previously been prevented from being hung, has now been raised.

Last night, a scuffle broke out between fans of the black-and-white team and officials from Aşçıoğlu İnşaat, who were occupying the complex, after attempts to hang the club's emblem on the building were blocked.
While it is known that Serdal Adalı went to support the fans following the altercation, there was curiosity regarding when the Beşiktaş emblem would once again fly at the Süleyman Seba Complex.

In his statement, Yücel said, "Unfortunately, after the eviction decision was made, Serdal Adalı tried to steal the spotlight and engage in cheap heroics." Stating that the flag could not be hung due to difficulties, Yücel added, "Serdal Adalı called me and said, 'Give instructions to your team, let's hang the sign.' I said, 'There is no problem, the sign will be hung, let's not increase the tension.' I think they are still there. There is no problem. Let them hang it together, even. These are very cheap moves."

Following this, Serdal Adalı made a statement in the morning, announcing that the Beşiktaş emblem would be hung at the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba Complex at 14:30 and invited the black-and-white fans to Fulya. Upon arriving at the facility, Serdal Adalı said, "As a result of the negotiations we have been conducting for hours to have the Beşiktaş emblem hung at the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba Sports Complex, we came to Fulya today and hung our flag at our complex."
