Beşiktaş Basketball Executive Board Chairman Özkan Arseven announced that a new contract has been signed with Dusan Alimpijevic.
It was stated that Dusan Alimpijevic's contract includes a EuroLeague exit option for the second year.
Özkan Arseven made the following statement:
"We have mutually agreed to renew our contract with our Beşiktaş Emlakjet Head Coach Dusan Alimpijevic, signing a new 2-year deal. According to the terms of our contract, we have reached an agreement that protects the interests of our club by improving the EuroLeague exit option in the second year in favor of our club regarding the buyout amount. Starting today, we are beginning our work to build a roster that will compete for the finals in the EuroCup and the Super League with our coach next year. I hope this will be beneficial for our Beşiktaş."
