A signing ceremony was held regarding the extension of the contract of Dusan Alimpijevic, head coach of the Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club men's basketball team.

The signing ceremony at Tüpraş Stadium was attended by board member Burak Aslan, Beşiktaş Club Basketball Executive Board Chairman Özkan Arseven, Beşiktaş Men's Basketball Team General Manager Nedim Yücel, and basketball branch executives.

Speaking at the event, Burak Aslan said, "Our coach is a truly valuable person to us. The reason we extended his contract is that his character has become identified with the fans and the community. Our fans love him very much. We offered a contract extension, and the agreement took only a few minutes. He only had some administrative requests. We are also very happy to have extended his contract."

Beşiktaş Emlakjet Men's Basketball Team Head Coach Dusan Alimpijevic also stated that they have achieved a family atmosphere as a team with club president Hasan Arat, the executives, and the staff.

'WE ARE HERE WITH THE DESIRE TO WIN'

Emphasizing that the agreement was reached in a very short time, the 38-year-old coach noted the following:

"Seeing this high level of participation made me very happy. I would like to thank President Hasan Arat, Mr. Özkan, the executives, our basketball executive board members, and Mr. Nedim. I am here today thanks to these people. The agreement involved a very short conversation. There were several reasons for this.

We have healthy communication with the management and the president within a family environment. I believe that creating a good team atmosphere is the biggest key to success. We achieved this within one year. We are all here with the same desire to win. I think we have achieved good things for a common goal. We changed a lot in one year."
