Beşiktaş has announced the arrival time in Istanbul for Keny Arroyo, their first move of the winter transfer window. In the announcement made by the black-and-white club, it was stated that the 21-year-old footballer will come to Turkey to complete the transfer process.

In the club's statement, it was noted, "Keny Alexander Arroyo Alvarado, who plays for Independiente del Valle, will arrive in Istanbul tonight for medical examinations and to finalize transfer negotiations. The plane carrying our player will land at Istanbul Airport International Terminal at 00:05."
Keny Arroyo, who grew up in the Independiente del Valle youth academy, recorded 6 goals and 8 assists in 48 matches for the Ecuadorian team. Beşiktaş had previously announced that they had reached a principle agreement with both the club and the player for the young talent's transfer.
