President Adalı answered questions from members of the press before the black-and-white football team's training session at the BJK Nevzat Demir Facilities.

Emphasizing that they need to go through the process regarding the head coach and transfers without making mistakes, Adalı said, "Beşiktaş has no margin for error in terms of head coach and transfers. We are searching for a coach who will understand the importance and value of the Beşiktaş community by working in detail. We met with coach Sergen last week.

We have met with our foreign coach alternatives. We are continuing to hold meetings. No one should expect us to bring in a head coach or make transfers due to social media and fan pressure. Currently, our coach (Serdar Topraktepe) is doing very well and continuing his work. I will share it with you the moment it is finalized. We are trying to make our choices by being very careful." he stated.

Reminding that Beşiktaş has paid approximately 20 million euros in compensation in the past due to wrong choices in head coaches, Serdal Adalı said, "One mistake leads to very heavy financial statements. We want to avoid making these mistakes. Our search continues. It may take time. I will not make a decision without meeting face-to-face." he said.

Sharing his views on the scout chief they will appoint, Adalı added, "The scout chief came to Istanbul last week. He stayed for two days. He had issues with his contract regarding the club he works for. We will announce him the moment he terminates his contract. There is no problem on our side. We will announce it the minute he resolves his issue with his club." he assessed.
