Galatasaray Deputy Chairman İbrahim Hatipoğlu reacted to the post in question. Speaking after the match, Hatipoğlu stated, "I would like to start my speech by congratulating Beşiktaş. They welcomed us well and hosted us well here, and while I wanted to thank them for that, I am criticizing them for the disrespectful post they just made. They targeted Okan Buruk. I expect an apology and for them to remove the post. The post they made did not suit 'Gentleman Beşiktaş' at all!"
