According to a report by TRT Spor, it has been noted that Sergen Yalçın is the top name on the agenda after Beşiktaş parts ways with van Bronckhorst.

HE LED BEŞİKTAŞ TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP

Sergen Yalçın, who managed Beşiktaş during the 2020-2021 season and won the hearts of the fans by securing both the Süper Lig and Turkish Cup titles, may return to the Black and White club.

The Beşiktaş management is expected to make a final decision regarding the head coach position shortly.

HE HAD A GOOD START TO HIS BEŞİKTAŞ CAREER

Dutch coach van Bronckhorst had made an impressive start to his Beşiktaş career. The experienced coach began his tenure with the Black and White team by winning a trophy, defeating Galatasaray 5-0 in the Super Cup match. While van Bronckhorst's team also made an effective entry into the Süper Lig, they began to decline starting with the Gaziantep FK match played in the league.

Beşiktaş has remained at 21 points in the Süper Lig, having secured 6 wins, 3 draws, and 3 losses in the 12 matches played. With the inconsistent results they have received recently, the Black Eagles have fallen 13 points behind the leader, Galatasaray.

According to a report by HT Spor, the Dutch coach did not lead the team during the training session held by Beşiktaş today.
