The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has issued a statement regarding the ongoing judicial process concerning the Central Referee Committee (MHK) and referee appointments.
In its statement, the federation reported that, within the scope of the process reflected in the public domain, MHK President Ferhat Gündoğdu has been arrested, while MHK 4th Region Representative Sebahattin Şahin has been released under judicial control and a travel ban.
Following these developments, the TFF stated that efforts to form a new Central Referee Committee are ongoing.
According to the statement, until the appointment process for the new board is completed, referee appointments for the Ziraat Turkish Cup matches to be played on October 6, 7, and 8 will be made by MHK Vice President Hikmet Öksüzoğlu and board members Ali Zağlı, Kamil Abitoğlu, İbrahim Çınar, and Ziya Çetin.
The federation announced that information regarding the appointment of the new MHK President and members will be shared with the public in the coming days.

"Within the scope of the ongoing judicial process reflected in the public domain, it has been announced to the public that Central Referee Committee President Mr. Ferhat Gündoğdu has been arrested, and Central Referee Committee 4th Region Representative Mr. Sebahattin Şahin has been released under judicial control and a travel ban.
In line with these developments, work regarding the formation of the new Central Referee Committee is continuing.
