Burak Yılmaz announces his resignation

In the 29th week of the Super League, Çaykur Rizespor defeated Gaziantep FK 2-1 at home.

Following the defeat, Gaziantep FK head coach Burak Yılmaz announced that he has resigned from his position.

As it will be recalled, Burak Yılmaz had decided to resign at the end of last year but continued in his role following subsequent discussions.

Gaziantep FK, which has an 11-point gap from the relegation zone, currently sits in 11th place in the league with 34 points.
