Burak Yılmaz returns to the Süper Lig

Kayserispor, which has been unable to achieve the desired results in the Süper Lig, has parted ways with head coach Recep Uçar. Meanwhile, Kayserispor has reached an agreement with Burak Yılmaz, who most recently managed Beşiktaş, for the head coaching position.

A surprise move has come from Kayserispor, which has been going through difficult days in the Süper Lig. 

Kayserispor, which has left the field defeated in its last 8 matches, including league and cup games, has parted ways with head coach Recep Uçar.

It was stated that the Kayserispor management met with the coach after today's training session and decided to part ways by mutual agreement. Recep Uçar managed Kayserispor in 21 matches, 3 of which were in the Turkish Cup. The Kayseri team recorded 9 wins, 10 losses, and 2 draws in these matches.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT MADE

Kayserispor announced in a statement on its official website that it has signed a 2.5-year contract with Burak Yılmaz.

"Welcome Burak Yılmaz. Our club has reached an agreement with Burak Yılmaz for the position of Head Coach for 2.5 years. We wish this agreement to be beneficial for both Burak Yılmaz and our club."

BURAK YILMAZ'S BEŞİKTAŞ PERFORMANCE 

Burak Yılmaz, who took over at Beşiktaş following the resignation of head coach Şenol Güneş, managed the Black and Whites in 6 matches, recording 2 wins and 4 losses.
