"I want to carry my performance to the national team"
Stating that the transfer process was concluded in a short time and that he aims to put on a more successful performance in the new season, the defender said, "The transfer development happened very quickly and I am here now. I hope I will display a better performance than last season. I want to carry my club performance here back to the national team. There is a good competitive environment within the team. This will reflect positively on my performance," he said.

Expressing that he follows the players in the team closely, Cenk Özkaçar said, "I know Onuachu from the Belgian League. Muçi and Oulai are also names that come to mind. Stating that he had visited Trabzon before, the national footballer shared his positive impressions about the city, saying, "I came to Trabzon with my wife about 7-8 months ago. I love the city very much. My wife was also captivated by Trabzon. We want to serve this club for many years. I went to Europe at the age of 18 and gained important experience there. I want to reflect these experiences I have gained onto Trabzonspor. I believe I will have much better days here," he stated.
