Cenk Tosun on Beşiktaş: That is my home, of course I miss it
Cenk Tosun, who transferred to Fatih Karagümrük, stated that he misses his days at Beşiktaş and said his new goal is to reach the Süper Lig.

After leaving Fenerbahçe and signing with Trendyol 1. Lig side Fatih Karagümrük, Cenk Tosun made statements regarding his new season goals and his time spent at Beşiktaş.
The 35-year-old striker said that his goal at Fatih Karagümrük is to carry the club back to the Süper Lig. The experienced footballer also used emotional expressions regarding his years at Beşiktaş.
Speaking to TRT Spor, Tosun said, "Beşiktaş is my home, my sanctuary. I always say; my childhood was spent with Beşiktaş, I grew up with their matches. When Beşiktaş came abroad, my father and I would hop in the car and travel 5-6 hours to away games. God granted me the opportunity to play there."
Stating that playing for the national team and Beşiktaş were among his biggest goals, Cenk Tosun said, "Thank God I achieved both. I only collected positive memories there. That is why, of course, I miss it. But now our goal is to take Fatih Karagümrük back to the Süper Lig."
