Chamberlain: 'I'm joining the team soon!'

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, one of the players transferred by Beşiktaş at the beginning of the season, has announced when he will return to the pitch.

"I wanted to give an update on how the process is going. Everything is on track. The process is ongoing. I have started to recover physically. I am in a good place. I have returned to the pitch and started working with the ball. I am not too far from joining the team. I will start training with my teammates soon," he said.

Speaking about the derby, the star player said, "We have a big match against Galatasaray. Based on my experience in the first match, I can say that it will be a truly amazing atmosphere. It was a very, very big match. I had the opportunity to see how important it is for our fans and players. I am very happy that I had the chance to score in the away match. But winning in such matches is much more important. We need to win big matches. I also remember the Fenerbahçe match. It was one of the best atmospheres I have ever played in.
