Shakhtar Donetsk pulls off a surprise against Barcelona

Manchester City and Leipzig have secured their spots in the next round of the Champions League. In Group H, Shakhtar Donetsk defeated Barcelona with a goal from Danylo Sikan.

Eight matches were played in groups E, F, G, and H on the fourth matchday of the UEFA Champions League group stage.

Manchester City defeated visiting Young Boys 3-0, with goals from Erling Haaland in the 23rd (penalty) and 51st minutes, and Phil Foden in the 45+1st minute, securing their advancement from Group G.

In the same group, Leipzig also secured their spot in the next round by defeating Red Star Belgrade 2-1 away from home.

Milan defeated visiting Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) 2-1, with goals from Rafael Leao in the 12th minute and Olivier Giroud in the 50th minute. The French side's only goal came from Milan Skriniar in the 9th minute.

Shakhtar Donetsk achieved a surprising result. Hosting Barcelona, who had won their first three matches in Group H, at the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, Shakhtar Donetsk left the pitch with a 1-0 victory thanks to a goal by Danylo Sikan in the 40th minute.
