The statement made by the TFF regarding the matter is as follows:
"A change has been made to the squad of our National Team, which will gather in Istanbul today for the matches it will play against Croatia and Latvia in the EURO 2024 Qualifiers.
Ozan Kabak, who left the match between Werder Bremen and Hoffenheim last night due to a dislocated shoulder, underwent various tests in Germany today. As a result of the tests, it was understood that the treatment for Ozan's injury could not be completed during the National Team camp, and it was decided to remove our national football player from the squad.
Trabzonspor defender Rayyan Baniya has been included in the squad in place of Ozan. The 24-year-old player, who was born in Bologna, Italy, will join the National Team's camp starting this evening in Istanbul."
