The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has announced that Volkan Can has been appointed to replace Talat Papatya, who resigned from his position.
The statement issued by the TFF included the following remarks:
''In place of Mr. Talat Papatya, the board member responsible for 1st League clubs, Mr. Volkan Can, the board member responsible for 2nd and 3rd League clubs, has been appointed as the board member responsible for 1st League, 2nd League, and 3rd League clubs."
