The Roma claim for Fenerbahçe's Dutch defender Jayden Oosterwolde has resurfaced. According to reports in the Italian press, Roma continues to monitor the player following the transfer they could not finalize during the summer transfer window.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Roma Sporting Director Tony D'Amico is closely following Oosterwolde's recovery process after his injury. It has been suggested that if the player becomes fully physically fit, the Italian club could make a new attempt in January.

During the summer, Oosterwolde's transfer to Roma was on the agenda, but the process could not be completed due to questions raised during medical examinations. Consequently, the player remained at Fenerbahçe.

The report also stated that the 25-year-old defender is expected to be sidelined for approximately three months following the surgery he underwent at the beginning of September. It is stated that the player's recovery process will be the deciding factor in any potential move by Roma.
