President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated Fenerbahçe Alagöz Holding, which became the champion by defeating the French team Villeneuve d'Ascq LM 106-73 in the FIBA Women's EuroLeague final, via his X account.
In his post, Erdoğan used basketball and Turkish flag emojis and included the following statement:
"I wholeheartedly congratulate the Fenerbahçe Alagöz Holding Women's Basketball Team, who have achieved a historic success by becoming the FIBA Women's EuroLeague Champion for the second time in a row and have made us proud, as well as the entire Fenerbahçe community."
