Date set for the unveiling of Eda Erdem Dündar's statue

In a statement made on the Fenerbahçe Sports Club social media account, it was announced that the statue of Eda Erdem Dündar, captain of the women's volleyball team and national team player, will be unveiled on March 8, International Women's Day.

"Now, the statue of our legendary volleyball player Eda Erdem Dündar, who has etched her name in golden letters into the history of Fenerbahçe and Turkish volleyball with all these achievements, is taking its place among the legends of Fenerbahçe on March 8, International Women's Day.

The statue of Eda Erdem, a child of the Turkish nation and a soldier of Fenerbahçe, will take its place in front of the Ülker Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex.

In the most beautiful spot of Kadıköy, in the heart of her Fenerbahçe, she will shine as a pioneer of the 'Heroic Turkish Woman' and inspire hope for the future.
