Davinson Sanchez honored with a plaque for his 100th match with Galatasaray
Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek presented a plaque and a jersey to Colombian footballer Davinson Sanchez, who reached his 100th match for the yellow-reds.
A ceremony was held for Colombian footballer Davinson Sanchez before the match between Galatasaray and Gaziantep FK, played at home during the 18th week of the Trendyol Super League.
Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek presented a plaque to Sanchez, who played his 100th official match for the yellow-reds during the Turkcell Super Cup final against Fenerbahçe, at an event held on the sidelines.
President Özbek also gifted the Colombian footballer a jersey with the number 100 on it. Fans also cheered for Davinson Sanchez.
The 29-year-old footballer, who was transferred from the English club Tottenham in 2023 for a transfer fee of 9 million 500 thousand Euros, has won 2 Super League titles, as well as 1 Turkish Cup and 1 Super Cup title with the yellow-reds.
