The fallout from the derby continues. Following Fenerbahçe's complaint against Kerem Aktürkoğlu to the Turkish Football Federation, Galatasaray has also filed a complaint against Serdar Dursun, Joshua King, Osayi Samuel, and Ferdi Kadıoğlu.

GALATASARAY'S STATEMENT

"In the footage shared from the locker room after the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe match played on May 19, 2024, it was observed that Fenerbahçe players, technical staff, and other club personnel engaged in unsportsmanlike, abusive chanting. The relevant footage was shared live on the Instagram social media account of Fenerbahçe player Jayden Quinn Oosterwolde, and the insults were made public. When the footage is examined, it is clearly evident that in addition to Fenerbahçe players Serdar Dursun, Joshua King, Bright-Osayi Samuel, and Ferdi Kadıoğlu, other individuals from the Fenerbahçe delegation also participated in the abusive chanting. An application was made by our club this morning for the individuals who participated in this act to be identified by the Legal Consultancy of the Turkish Football Federation after a careful review of the footage, and for their referral to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board. We respectfully announce to the public that we will be closely following the process."
