Dries Mertens: 'It wasn't easy'

Galatasaray's Dries Mertens shared his thoughts following the 3-2 victory against Sparta Prague.

The Belgian star said, "It wasn't an easy match. However, we fought until the end. Each of us was good in the match, but Muslera was definitely the one who kept us in the fight."

Mertens continued, "If you don't shoot, you can't score. That's why we need to shoot more. We must prepare well for the match in Prague; it won't be easy. If we work hard and go there, we can advance. But Muslera was definitely the one who kept us in the game."

Finally, the star footballer added, "The atmosphere in our stadium is not easy for opponents. I wasn't expecting something like this in Turkey. There is truly incredible fan pressure."
