Dursun Özbek and Erden Timur referred to PFDK

The TFF announced that Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek has been referred to the PFDK over his comments regarding referees, while Galatasaray Sportif A.Ş. Vice President Erden Timur has been referred for "unsportsmanlike conduct."

The statement released by the TFF included the following:

"GALATASARAY A.Ş. Club is referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for 'statements regarding referees and other match officials' made by the Club President and an executive on the club's official social media account (YouTube) on 12.01.2024, and in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for 'unsportsmanlike conduct',"

DURSUN AYDIN ÖZBEK (Galatasaray A.Ş. Club President) is referred to the PFDK without precautionary measures in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for 'statements regarding referees and other match officials' made in his remarks published on the club's official social media account (YouTube) on 12.01.2024,

ERDEN TİMUR (Galatasaray A.Ş. Club Executive) is referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for 'unsportsmanlike conduct' in his remarks published on the club's official social media account (YouTube) on 12.01.2024
