Edin Dzeko's Galatasaray statement! 'We will fight until the end'

Fenerbahçe's star player Edin Dzeko made statements to the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the 2024 European Championship (EURO 2024) play-off stage and his career at Fenerbahçe.

Regarding his performance at Fenerbahçe, Edin Dzeko said that he prioritizes his team's success over his own performance.

Expressing that they are competing with Galatasaray for the championship, Dzeko stated, "We will fight against Galatasaray until the end for the championship. I hope we make fewer mistakes than our rival."

Edin Dzeko noted that Rade Krunic, the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player whom the yellow-navies transferred from the Italian representative Milan, came from a major league and that there were no problems during his adaptation process.

Dzeko also added that Krunic plays in a position they need and that he adds strength to the team in the championship race.

Edin Dzeko said that the players on the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, which he captains, are in good form at their clubs ahead of the match against Ukraine in the 2024 European Championship (EURO 2024) play-off stage, and that this is good for them before the upcoming match.

Stating that Ukraine is a good team and that they know what to do against them, Dzeko said the following:

"We are playing at home, in front of our fans, and we have a chance to advance. It should be a match with a lot of struggle. I know that we will do our best to participate in EURO 2024 and make our fans happy. As a national team, we are used to playing in major tournaments. There are some good players in Ukraine who are in form, and most of them play for strong European teams."

Noting that there will be a great struggle in the midfield in the match they will play against the Ukraine national team, captain Dzeko also stated that they know how their opponents will cope with pressure.
