According to a report by BBC Türkçe, Ersin Destanoğlu has reached an agreement with the United Arab Emirates club Al Jazira following his departure from Beşiktaş.

The new destination for Ersin Destanoğlu, whose contract with Beşiktaş has expired, has been clarified. The 25-year-old goalkeeper, who grew up in the black-and-white club's youth academy, will continue his career in the United Arab Emirates League.

Destanoğlu has signed a 3-year contract with the United Arab Emirates representative Al Jazira. Thus, the goalkeeper, who rose to the Beşiktaş A Team at a young age, has opened a new chapter outside of Turkey.

The new stop for the 25-year-old goalkeeper is the United Arab Emirates.

The Al Jazira squad also includes names well-known to the Turkish football public. Ravil Tagir, known for his time with Başakşehir, and Simon Banza, who once played for Trabzonspor, also serve at the UAE club.

Ersin Destanoğlu, who emerged from the Beşiktaş youth academy to the A team, experienced a Süper Lig championship with the black-and-white jersey. During his Beşiktaş career, Destanoğlu also celebrated winning 2 Turkish Cups and 2 Turkish Super Cups.
