EURO 2024: Scotland: 1 - Switzerland: 1

In the second week of the 2024 European Football Championship (EURO 2024) held in Germany, Scotland and Switzerland faced off in Group A at the Cologne Stadium in the city of Cologne. 

Scotland took a 1-0 lead in the 13th minute of the match, which was officiated by Slovak referee Ivan Kruzliak, with a goal from Scott McTominay. 

In the 26th minute, Switzerland equalized with a powerful shot from Xherdan Shaqiri, who met the ball outside the penalty area following a mistake by the Scottish defense. 

Both teams went into the locker room tied at 1-1. As the attacks from both sides remained fruitless in the second half, the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
