The 2024-2025 season of the UEFA Europa League, which will be played in a league format with 36 teams this season, has begun with the first week's matches. Galatasaray defeated the Greek team PAOK 3-1 at home.
Manchester United and Twente, two of Fenerbahçe's opponents, faced each other in the first week, with both sides leaving the pitch with one point each. Twente will also host Beşiktaş in the final week of the league.
