7-match ban for experienced coach: PFDK decisions announced

The Turkish Football Federation announced the PFDK decisions in a statement on its official website.

7-MATCH BAN FOR SAMİ UĞURLU

The Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) suspended Kasımpaşa manager Sami Uğurlu, who was sent off in the first week of the Süper Lig, for 7 matches due to "insults and threats directed at the match referee before and after his dismissal," "unsportsmanlike conduct toward a member of the opposing team," and "failure to comply with the suspension," while also imposing a total fine of 230,250 TL. The committee also handed a 1-match suspension to Eyüpspor manager Arda Turan, and fined Galatasaray and Beşiktaş 168,000 TL each.

HERE ARE ALL THE PENALTIES ISSUED

The decisions taken at the Professional Football Discipline Committee's meeting on 15.08.2024 have been announced. The decisions published on the TFF's official website are as follows;

"1- GALATASARAY A.Ş. is to be punished with a 168,000 TL FINE due to field incidents caused by its fans during the GALATASARAY A.Ş.-ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 09.08.2024,

2- KASIMPAŞA A.Ş. is to be punished with a WARNING due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the KASIMPAŞA A.Ş.–TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 10.08.2024, and because this action was committed for the first time in a match where it was the home club in the same season,

In the same match, KASIMPAŞA A.Ş. coach SAMİ UĞURLU is to be punished with a 5-OFFICIAL MATCH BAN FROM ENTERING THE LOCKER ROOM AND THE BENCH and a 97,500 TL FINE due to his insults and threats directed at the match referee before and after his dismissal,

In the same match, KASIMPAŞA A.Ş. coach SAMİ UĞURLU is to be punished with a 58,500 TL FINE due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward a member of the opposing team,

In the same match, KASIMPAŞA A.Ş. coach SAMİ UĞURLU is to be punished with a 2-OFFICIAL MATCH BAN FROM ENTERING THE LOCKER ROOM AND THE BENCH and a 74,250 TL FINE due to his failure to comply with the suspension, in accordance with articles 82/b and 50/1-c of the FDT (Football Disciplinary Instructions) and by applying article 13 of the FDT,

3- FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. is to have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the MARATON UPPER STAND E-F and SPOR TOTO STAND D blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match where it is the home club, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.–ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 10.08.2024,

4- ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. is to be punished with a WARNING due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.–ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 10.08.2024, and because this action was committed for the first time in a match where it was the visiting club in the same season; and is to have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the VISITING STAND NORTH G block, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match where it is the visiting club,

5- NET GLOBAL SİVASSPOR Club is to have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the OSMAN SEÇİLMİŞ SOUTH LOWER STAND C block, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match where it is the home club, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the NET GLOBAL SİVASSPOR-TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 11.08.2024,

6- TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. is to be punished with a WARNING due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the NET GLOBAL SİVASSPOR-TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 11.08.2024, and because this action was committed for the first time in a match where it was the visiting club in the same season; and is to have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the VISITING NORTH STAND A block, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match where it is the visiting club,

7- CORENDON ALANYASPOR Club is to have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the CORENDON AIRLINES NORTH BEHIND THE GOAL STAND NORTH BEHIND THE GOAL H block, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match where it is the home club, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the CORENDON ALANYASPOR-İKAS EYÜPSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 11.08.2024,

8- İKAS EYÜPSPOR Club coach ARDA TURAN is to be punished with a 1-OFFICIAL MATCH BAN FROM ENTERING THE LOCKER ROOM AND THE BENCH and a 58,500 TL FINE due to his unsportsmanlike conduct toward the match referees during the CORENDON ALANYASPOR-İKAS EYÜPSPOR Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 11.08.2024,

9- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. is to be punished with a WARNING due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the SAMSUNSPOR A.Ş.–BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Trendyol Süper Lig match played on 11.08.2024, and because this action was committed for the first time in a match where it was the visiting club in the same season; and is to have the electronic tickets of spectators located in the VISITING STAND VISITING 221A - 221B - 223C blocks, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match where it is the visiting club,
