Following this incident, Icardi claimed that the video was leaked by his ex-wife, Wanda Nara, for the purpose of blackmail. The footballer stated that the images were shared without permission, submitted all evidence to judicial authorities, and filed a criminal complaint.
It is reported that Icardi plans to file two separate lawsuits in Italy and Argentina. It is stated that as a result of these lawsuits, Wanda Nara could be tried with a potential penalty of a 15 thousand euro fine and up to 10 years in prison.
