Extraordinary general assembly at Beşiktaş tomorrow

The extraordinary general assembly of Beşiktaş Club will convene tomorrow.

The meeting, which was scheduled to take place on June 15 at the ICC Istanbul Congress Center Harbiye Auditorium, could not be held due to a lack of quorum. The extraordinary general assembly meeting, which will be held tomorrow without a quorum requirement, will begin at 10:30 AM.

During the general assembly, the board of directors will be granted authorization on items regarding projects related to the club's real estate, the leasing of BJK Plaza, the public float ratio on the stock exchange, new real estate investments, and the extension of lease agreements.
