Extraordinary general assembly call from Galatasaray!

Galatasaray Sports Club will hold an extraordinary general assembly to request authorization regarding real estate projects and club properties.

According to the statement made by the yellow-red club, the general assembly will take place on Saturday, June 29, at the Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center; if a quorum is not reached, it will be held on Saturday, July 6, regardless of the quorum.

MEMBERS WILL BE ASKED TO GRANT AUTHORIZATION

The club management will request authorization from the general assembly members until May 31, 2026, to carry out activities and perform relevant legal transactions and dispositions regarding the Galatasaray Island, the Florya Metin Oktay Facilities land, the Mecidiyeköy building, the new training facilities under construction in Kemerburgaz, the Büyükçekmece land, the Ali Sami Yen Sports Complex, the Kalamış Facilities, the Burhan Felek Ergun Gürsoy Swimming Pool, the Maslak Nevzat Özgörkey Equestrian Facilities, the Beyoğlu Hasnun Galip Building, and the Küçükçekmece rowing facilities.
