Fatma Damla Altın is the world champion!

Special athlete Fatma Damla Altın, competing in the 2024 Virtus World Indoor Athletics Championships, won the gold medal in the women's pentathlon.

According to the statement from the Turkish Sports Federation for the Intellectually Disabled, Fatma Damla became the champion at the event held in Reims, France.
