The Fenerbahçe Men's Basketball Team has announced the signing of Lithuanian player Ignas Sargiunas. According to the announcement from the yellow-navy club, a 2+1 year contract has been signed with the 26-year-old basketball player.
Sargiunas, who can play in both the point guard and shooting guard positions, most recently played for the Lithuanian team Rytas. The player, who also serves on the Lithuanian National Team, won the Basketball Champions League title with Rytas last season.
As part of its new season restructuring, Fenerbahçe has strengthened its roster by adding Sargiunas to its backcourt rotation. The club announced the transfer to its fans through an official statement on its channels.
